因为不熟悉地区居然订到即墨区离青岛还很远，沟通后酒店不愿意退房，还不安排双人床，我们大大小小四个人如何入住，于是打艺龙热线最终给了大床房，明天的还不让我办理说不一定有房间。不开心的入住了，到了晚上沟通明天续住同一间房还说不行让我把行李整理好。我早上七点半下去沟通一位男士态度也蛮好解决了问题。五星级宾馆应该与众不同为客户考虑。而不是因为有团队而忽略散客。
