位置在火车站东边，不到20米的距离，因修地铁，外部环境比较混杂；但是，周围基本上都是公交车和机场大巴的起（终）点，交通便利，尤其是到各个旅游景点，非常方便；酒店设施距离四星标准还有待提高，卫生条件好，服务员每天都清扫了房间，并整理了床铺，保证每天有两瓶免费矿泉水饮用；早餐品种比较丰富，有青岛风味的面条等；略微遗憾的是，复式套房可以入住4人，但早餐劵只有两人份，还有就是没有微笑服务，酒店门口没有服务生帮忙提行李。
