酒店是那种公寓式的，带冰箱，炉灶，洗衣机，很方便，买点海鲜自己做不错，就是退房时间不好，12点退房太仓促了。

本酒店地理位置比较好，但酒店设施很差，连续3天换房间，只有最后一天可以勉强入住。第一天洗脸的池子漏水，且只有热水没有冷水。第二天给换了一个房间，洗脸的地方直接放着不可以使用待维修，同时只有热水龙头可以用，房间的洗衣机也不可以用。第三天才换了一个洗脸的池子不漏水的。本酒店不可以开住宿的发票。如果要住宿发票需要找其他地方开。因此没有办法及时提供发票。员工服务态度不好，直接挂电话。

卫生条件不错，服务非常好，离海边非常方便。比较安静，环境很好。紧邻喜来登酒店。酒店对面，超市，餐饮都很方便。建议胶州北高速口下，不要走黄岛高速口。酒店到胶州北高速口，最多不到20分钟的路程。建议房间内的电视更换，太小了。
