虽然这2号港湾的房子比1号楼的旧一丁点，但是这里要比那边宽敞多了，绝对有所说的58平米！

优：
1. 落地窗，视野很好，小孩很喜欢
2. 离海边挺近
3. 设施很全，双空调很给力
4. 房间很大，小孩活动空间大，设施也比较新
5. 服务也非常ok
缺：
1. 相比公寓式酒店，缺少了微波炉，不过那也比平常的酒店要多很多设施了
2. 电视台有点少，是模拟的，可以考虑换数字信号的
