特蕾斯酒店还是挺好住的，前台服务人员细心周到，帮忙打印材料来来回回几次都整理得很好、还帮忙调整了纸张格式并且夹好，酒店设施设备齐全、无线信号全覆盖、有早餐和自助洗衣房供应，入住体验良好??

酒店位置不错，距宝龙广场和即墨古城都很近。停车方便，有地上和地下停车场。酒店客房乾净衞生，设施较新，只是我住的房间很小，肯定没有25平米，房间内床和柜子还有插座位置都不合适，其他还可以，早餐也不错。

前台态度很好，但是房间真的很差，隔壁半夜来的一直在説话，根本不隔音而且打呼噜都听得很清楚！！！
衞生也很差！被子也黄。。。

酒店位置很好，大堂虽然高挑，但属于和写字楼其它公寓共用。我最不理解的就是衞生！床头有干了的鼻涕，洗手间竟然是集成式的，淋浴洗一会就水漫金山了！茶几也有油渍，沙发更加惨不忍睹。酒店专用就一部电梯！高峯竟然要走货梯！餐厅品种尚可，但是衞生太差，有客人直接用筷子去夹菜竟然都不制止……唉。不知道这个四钻是怎么给的？硬件老如家和老汉庭水准！四钻？？？

酒店挺好的 环境挺不错 早餐也很不错 大厅有大麦茶还有热水 服务人员很热情 一上来就给水 总之服务很热情 出差来这边 下次还会选择入住很不错 好评好评好评

又一次入住了，我是因公出差，选择住在这里是因为距离服装批发市场很近、距离宝龙广场走走就到了、附近也很热闹。。。房间宽敞舒适、卫生间非常干净、早餐更是丰富的可以连吃一个礼拜不重样儿。酒店前台及餐厅的小哥哥小姐姐们非常热情周到，大冷天特地给我送上温温的矿泉水、这也太暖了吧！给个大大的赞。。。强烈推荐来住。。。

俺家小朋友刚到酒店前台就要海景房，前台小姐姐笑着说这是内陆没有海景只有河景😄，果然河景也很美不错，小朋友喜欢就行，四口之家要的亲子房，刚进房间不久服务员就送来了水果和酸奶，晚上去古城逛了逛，去火婆娘家吃了火锅回来比较晚，孩子们换了环境比较兴奋很晚才睡，期间问前台要了两次用品，很快就派机器人送过来了，服务态度也不错，酒店比较干净性价比高，开车来有地下停车场免费。
