超乎意料的好，干净整洁，整体搭配温馨，前台接待特别亲和，餐厅卫生，家里老人孩子特别满意。如果非得找点不足的话，就是空调太热噪音大，如果再有机会去，必须选择格雷斯。

。酒店停车不能停在地面，只能停在负二楼，有个需要改进的地方就是地下停车场最好标识清晰，除了酒店专用的电梯，上面有标识，一楼是前台，其他两台电梯上都没有标识前台的楼层。停车场很大哦，不需要担心没有地方。前台的服务小姐态度十分的好。入住还送了水果。八宝粥。酒店有早餐哦，12楼。品种也很多，基本都满足了。房间设施，硬件都很好。酒店是新开的，设施都很完善。床也很舒服。赞赞赞

酒店服务热情周到，停车方便且免费，房间设施新且卫生很好，床品舒适，早餐比较丰富，大堂服务员特别给每间房赠送了一份早餐，由于入住体验不错所有又续住了一晚。
