应是青岛供老百姓入住的最佳位置的酒店了，观海景非常好，酒店设施有些旧，服务员态度非常好，水果茶饮料每天送，每天下午退潮时直接游泳，然后直接回宾馆换洗，方便极了。离青岛站非常近，周围吃的很方便，华联也在楼下，下次继续住。

大家的点评都很客观 位置交通和海景等方面都先天条件不错 但是希望改进房间老旧的设施以及前台服务人员不耐心甚至有些冰冷的态度 毕竟咱们还说自己是四星级服务业酒店？ 还有给预定海景的顾客提示入住时尽量要求高层 中间的房间 效果较好

服务很好。就是酒店设施有点老了，没有安全门栓，不过上楼是需要刷卡的，床头也没有充电的地方，海景棒棒哒！

除了wifi稍慢之外其他都很好，不是旅游旺季价格实惠，海景房景观非常好，服务员十分热情，二楼餐厅有个美女赞一个，晚上送水果报纸酸奶！
