    酒店位置不错，离海边很近，有的房间能看见大海，栈桥，火车站也在周围不远。附近有公交车站可以直达海边的各处景点，去码头也很方便。建银酒店中规中矩，符合三星的级别。房间设施不错，卫生也很好，前台服务人员专业素养很好。

    建银大酒店真的很不错,服务\卫生\地理位置都不错,,嗯!下次如果有朋友来青岛玩,还会帮他预定这里的..另外,还要赞艺龙的服务,真的很周到很温馨呢,我在预定的时候有额外提出要求想要住高一点的楼层,看海景的视野会更好,,哈,,我到酒店的时候就真的是帮我预定了最高层的房间,真的真的好开心呐!!!谢谢艺龙的服务!!!我非常满意...

    酒店地理位置不错，离中山路很近，周围环境挺好很方便。我住的是11楼的海景标间，房间挺干净是真正的海景房，24小时热水都有保证，服务员态度很好，只是前台小姐不是令人很满意，态度到也还行，只是没有一丝笑容，有点遗憾！下次去青岛这家酒店基本还是我的首选，不过栈桥的风景还是没有五四广场，八大观的风景好，从栈桥去五四广场路过了香格里拉酒店，从地理位置和外观上看感觉更好。五四广场中间草坪边有家咖啡厅还不错，我是傍晚去的广场，吹着海风，搂着MM，真是惬意！青岛的KTV很便宜啊，我和MM在中山路K歌，能坐5-7人的小包一小时才20块，简直不可思意！
