现在的酒店硬件都差不多，但是服务就差别大了，这次从北京回上海在金石住了一晚给我的感受是服务很到位，下次还会再去，首先在去酒店的路上就打电话给我确认了方向并安排了车位，晚上有管家问我们有什么需要的，早上早餐也不错，最后离开酒店时潘彤彤副理知道我们要开车回上海，还特意送上了水果礼盒，太让人感动了！服务态度决定了酒店的成败，祝金石国际越办越好。
