酒店环境很好，是我喜欢的类型，最喜欢落地大窗，登高望远，可以看到黄岛整个城市的样子，晚上夜景很美，白天俯瞰整个黄岛，才知道城市很美！喜欢！前台服务态度很好，还送了一个蓝色海豚挂件，很喜欢，谢谢

作为五星酒店，酒店设施还算可以，服务也说的过去。作为旅游城市的五星酒店，早餐很不错了！可入住时要求无烟楼层，楼道垃圾桶上有烟蒂，房间内部有烟灰，而且烟灰三天没有清理干净，我还特意在旁边放块橘子皮，也没有清理，卫生需要提高！房间电子秤没有电了，平时估计没有人检查这些东西。
