不错的四星级酒店，不愧是18年上海合作经济组织成员分会青岛指定入住的酒店之一。
软硬件设施齐全，服务人员态度热情，工作效率高。
楼层贴身管家五星好评！楼层工作人员态度好，办事快捷。
商务中心服务人员态度不错。
住的商务面海套房，宽敞舒适，真得面海。
白玉微瑕的是房间朝南临街，对面工程施工，有些杂音。但瑕不掩瑜，还是值得入住的酒店，地理位置中心，交通方便，早餐丰富，琳琅满目。

酒店各方面服务和设施非常的棒，超出4星的标准，多次家庭青岛出游都住在丽天，楼层服务员，孙孝英服务也特别周到，对老人孩子照顾的贴别体贴，感谢，青岛出游还会住这里

房间非常干净，毛巾都是消毒密封的，床品舒服，位置不错，交通饮食游玩都方便，工作人员服务态度很好，早餐可选择性多，品质一般。第二晚以后换到了16楼，房间朝北向，关窗后很安静。酒店备有洗衣机烘干机和电磁炉微波炉等，免费供客人使用，非常方便。
缺点：房间面积比较小，卫生间设计不太合理。服务细节还可以加强。
