酒店各方面服务和设施非常的棒，超出4星的标准，多次家庭青岛出游都住在丽天，楼层服务员，孙孝英服务也特别周到，对老人孩子照顾的贴别体贴，感谢，青岛出游还会住这里

房间非常干净，毛巾都是消毒密封的，床品舒服，位置不错，交通饮食游玩都方便，工作人员服务态度很好，早餐可选择性多，品质一般。第二晚以后换到了16楼，房间朝北向，关窗后很安静。酒店备有洗衣机烘干机和电磁炉微波炉等，免费供客人使用，非常方便。
缺点：房间面积比较小，卫生间设计不太合理。服务细节还可以加强。

非常惊喜的一次住宿体验。3月2日从北京出发，途中从网上订了丽天大酒店，到了之后，绝对是惊艳的感觉！一、交通方便，地铁3号线延安三路站旁边；二、非常的干净、卫生；三、性价比超过，四星级酒店标准间，价格300不到，真的感觉赚大了；四、退房时，前台服务人员赠送了酒店自制的点心，感到很温馨，同时也感受到丽天人的用心！！！祝丽天大酒店生意兴隆！！！
