先说优势：1.楼下就是台东步行街，旁边就是万达和沃尔玛。有必胜客、肯德基、德克士、味千拉面等知名连锁饮食，另有青岛特色的家常小馆。在白天游览之后，晚上在步行街购物吃饭都很方便。2.酒店装修等虽已不是最新潮，但是房间面积比较大，设施相对完备，对于商旅所需都能满足了。br再说不足：1.自驾出行的游客，进停车场要有足够耐心，两个进口，一个是万达的，但是和酒店无关，要收费。一个是利群商厦的，面积比较小，购物的车辆都会停进去，所以要耐心排队等空位，我最多等了近十分钟。2.自驾朋友导航一定要更新，附近全是单行道，记住关键点，一定要从海信立交桥台东一路的进口绕进来就对了。3.房间热水会忽大忽小，洗澡要注意。

酒店处在市区的繁华地带，购物，娱乐和交通都非常方便，酒店的住宿条件太一般了，卫生还不错，比较干净。在旅游旺季这个设施条件和价位是可以接受的

地理位置很好，房卡还是很老，还是带纽扣的那种，洗澡水忽冷忽热简直无法形容，还真不如如家之类的酒店价格还便宜。
