位置好，房间安静，面积大，窗户能看市景，被子什么的都很新，但是床很旧了，前台服务很差，爱理不理你！洗手间下面很多水出来，应该有一个防滑垫子才对，可惜没有，很容易滑倒，我就差一点！

性价比不错干净卫生，比青岛一般的商务酒店贵不到100元，条件好太多，住300以上的酒店推荐此处

酒店位置不错，性价比还可以。不足部分：在抵达酒店办理入住时，被告知房型及房价已变（原价318，调为388），经同程与酒店方再三确认后方按原先订单提供房型及房价。

地段很不错 五十米就是步行街 什么小吃都有 购物和餐饮都不错 房间设施一般 插销就两个能用 有网线 卫生还算一般

出门就是步行街，逛了3晚还没逛够，很多特色饭店就在那里，味道一流还便宜，有名的啤酒街走过去也只要5分钟

房间宽敞，气派。设施虽稍有些陈旧，但价格挺实惠的。地理位置很好，下楼就是步行街。吃饭，买东西很方便的。

1.停车场与利群商厦共用，停车非常困难。2，电梯与利群商厦共用，很乱。3，基本没什么服务可言，进去没人搭理你。
好的方面是，房间还算干净，也算宽敞。
