酒店很干净，工作人员也很热心。新老市区交汇处，交通便利，周边设施环境都很赞。前台几个工作人员都很好。徐女士，王女士，还有整理房间的李女士都很好

预订2天，住宿实际1天，当时退房说是到网上退款，酒店只收取1天的费用，后续一直未退款，打电话，同程说找酒店，酒店后说不能退款，这事到底属同程呢，还是酒店，搞不明白，以后没法用了
