以前入住过山孚酒店，印象很好，本次入住，印象不太好，因酒店洗发没有护发素，本人就自备了一瓶，自带的护发素落在酒店卫生间，酒店退房查房时竟没有提醒我落下东西。我对本次入住很不满意。
