唯一的优点距离鲁迅公园近，门口公交方便。缺点周围的饮食全是外地的磨刀霍霍向游客。尤其楼下两家，人少不接待，不吃海鲜不接待，所有的菜都是事先煮好，传说中的爆炒，油珠珠都木有的。小青岛公园路上的大排档相对好点。房间设施陈旧，厕所积水，洗澡喷头坏掉，水特别小。服务质量差，枕头都不愿意多拿个，带血床单洗不干净当然不会换。一次性洗漱用品质量奇差。还有特别强调，如果亲们实在要入住，一定要好好检查房里的食品。一不小心为1瓶乱七八糟的饮料买单了，18！太气人了！
