酒店装修实在太差了，不过没办法，老板说要装修了不装修也不行了，1楼没有办法住人，卫生状况也太差了，当时我订的是308一间的比汉庭或锦江之星没得比！不过老板人挺好

观海楼确实有海景，但是要到3楼以上才有*房间物品不齐，不要说冰箱，保险箱了，就连电吹风都没有！房间有大量发霉位置，厕所打扫极不清洁！马桶坐垫我用厕纸擦了，整圈都是黄黑黄黑的！

酒店去各景点位置还行，公交车多，但离海远点，步行十五分钟以上*酒店较老，设施一般，房间较宽敞，重新粉刷过，这个价位要求不能太高了*
