环境差，双人床超硬，房间内带按钮的都坏了，电话也不通，隔音差，楼道内很吵，
一夜都没睡好，本来要住三天，结果一早起来马上退房，一次就够了。

非常喜欢也非常感谢这家店，座落于香港中路的观海楼宾馆，环境幽雅，周边是成熟居民区，街口有小巿场，早上五点多去海边散步，勤劳的青岛巿民已经开始熙熙攘攘在小巿场购物吃早歺了；从进门到前台、到房间遇到每一位工作人员都热情真诚有礼，真正感觉宾至如归，房间很干净，空调很好，床很舒服，布局间隔精巧细致

设施还是15年前的疗养院水平。周边环境尚可，经常有旅行团入住。发票必须去附近其它酒店代开，出差入住慎重。
