其他都还好 就是退房排的人太多了 退房为什么还要排队到前台进行 既然已经刷了预授权 直接扣款就好了 太不人性化了 跟别的五星比起来 觉得很不方便 太耽误时间了

网上挑选半天酒店最终选定香格里拉，原本定的是青香阁吧，貌似是酒楼，相对价格便宜些，到店后前台人员贴心的转到了盛世阁……新阁，装修格局都很大，性价比老高了，前台小姐姐还送了一朵玫瑰花花😊😊😊，Kenta和Gina服务真的很好哦……点赞点赞
