酒店老旧不说了，五星的服务还不如三星！服务太差了，入住慢，早餐很普通，还要站在门口排队等着进去，退房发票打不了，留了信息说给快递，五天还不寄出。打电话去催，一个电话等了六分钟，前台不接电话，自己断线，总机人员还不肯留电话回拨过来。我怀疑我住的酒店叫香格里拉！！！不会再住青岛香格里拉！！！
