预定的时候没看清，经房间才知道是两张小床，特别小，墙上看起来很脏。打给前台问能不能换成大床，回答说没有了，还不能退，感觉住的很憋屈。。。特价房278返现28元，前一天同一家酒店大床房318返现78元，这合理吗？

靠近动物园、中山公园、小西湖，坐公交车很方便距离海水浴场也很近，地理位置优越。房间里没有吹风机，前台没有可借用的充电器，这点不如快捷酒店。总体还不错。

房间超小，行李都没地方放。设施不全，偌大的酒店就一个吹风机，根本借不到。更夸张的是明明含了早餐，但是没有被提醒，更没有主动给早餐券，第一天我们在外面吃的早饭，第二天想起是含早餐的，去服务台问，居然说是我们自己没去要，这样的奇葩事件是我第一次遇到，那早餐真的很差劲，建议定的时候不要含早餐。其实酒店离啤酒节和台东夜市还是很远的。
