位置很好，离海边，八大关，啤酒街都不远。旁边就是动物园和红酒街。停车位充足。房间大，家庭间的卫生间是利用楼层转角做的，是三角型的，空间不小，但是淋浴的空间不太大。看得出设施重新装过，龙头马桶地砖都很新。挂三星，是济南军区招待所，所以相应设施不是很全。没有独立电吹风等。空调口对着床，比较冷。早餐写着25元，真的太简单了，煮鸡蛋可以吃。旅游旺季，所以房价有点贵。

房间有味、wifi连不上、服务态度差，18号晚上值班的那位小姐态度改改吧。优点也有，位置好，以后会选择周围其他的宾馆。

三星标准的酒店，定的是大床房，前台升级成了家庭房。挺干净的，空间也比较大。
有点美中不足的是宾馆紧挨着一个类似培训的教室，教室就在窗户的斜对面，教室走廊距离窗户不足十米，白天如果有人在对面教师会觉得比较吵。

定的家庭房，3家人，结果其中间只有标准间大，在一楼，被子潮。订房经历最差的一次，早餐只有馒头泡饭，管饱。下次推荐要么订快捷酒店，要么订档次更高些的。462元不值。。。
