酒店在九水路附近，周边环境很好，有个很大的荷花塘，散散步蛮不错。房间算是中规中矩，整洁卫生大气，对得起这个价格。早餐品种有点少，能改善下就好了。早饭迟到中途去续杯咖啡的时候，餐具被服务员收走了，不过态度很好，马上给补了一套餐具并端了一杯咖啡过来致歉。强烈建议跟日本的酒店学习一下，就餐时发张垫纸，正面写我要继续用餐，反面写我已结束用餐。这样会避免饭没吃完就被收走餐具的尴尬，同时也节省酒店人力物力。

硬件蛮不错的，大厅很漂亮，房间很大，但是泳池的水感觉不是特别的干净，特别是进入游泳池的进脚池，而且泳池旁没有设置救生员，不知道是不是酒店人气不够旺，没那么多入住，不过游泳池挺大很漂亮，小朋友特别喜欢，提个小建议，就是不管是前台还是游泳池的前台态度都不怎么样，希望能有所改进！！！希望有关部门表扬一下18层打扫卫生的帅哥，真的非常棒，很热情，只要经过都会微笑的和你打招呼，这一点让人非常舒服！不像前台，没有笑脸
