4月28日给父母从微信-酒店-订的房间，在线支付749元，今天去办理入住，七十多岁的父母在酒店前台大概等了一个小时，酒店先说是要求免费房，必须有免费劵，不知道是什么鬼，我在线支付的749，说有订单号也没有用，问我从哪上下的订单，我说微信-酒店，我问查不到订单号吗，酒店说有一位李女士，要求免费房，正在核实，真不知道玩的是什么猫腻，青岛李沧绿城喜来登酒店和微信里的酒店客服互相推托，请问订单号（407183612）酒店确认号（528781359）可以重复吗，李女士全中国多了去了，都能办理入住吗。订单号和酒店的确认号和下单时留的我母亲的姓名，电话，在线支付凭证还说明不了情况吗，喜来登也算是比较知名的酒店和微信酒店平台互相推托，你们双方内部之间的猫腻需要整顿和调查，不是我们消费者买单的。奇葩的事件，以后望各位朋友慎用微信-酒店-下订单，四星五星酒店很多，不一定要选喜来登😱😱
