我是一个不爱写评论的人，与其说是不爱写评论，倒不如说是因为我懒，哈哈，但是这一次一定要给出一个五星好评，不管是环境还是服务都是超棒的，尤其是前台的张彤，秦娜，郝优优，服务特别细心周到，酒店走廊到处弥漫着一种花香，让人陶醉其中，阳台外边就是大海，醒来之后，阳光洒在海面上，海景美得没话说，超棒的一次入住体验，今后还会来的。

房间很不错，有独立的衣帽间，化妆室，马桶是我喜欢的类型，淋浴设施太棒了??，马桶间是独立的，外面种的翠竹。房间的床是名牌，寝具特别喜欢。涵碧楼的音乐很好听。浴缸也很大，配的浴盐，没有浴球，没有泡泡浴浴液，打不出泡泡??。不像杭州的湖边屯，有玫瑰花瓣，小冰箱里的东西要收费。这种档次的度假酒店，应该迷你吧免费。

酒店环境一流，装修风格浓郁的中国风，整体感觉非常不错，绝对的高大尚，酒店就在海边，风景优美。早餐也可以，但如此好的环境中问题是存在的，最大问题是服务跟不上，尤其前台的几个女的，希望改正。建议：有机会应该让酒店工作人员到浙江去学习一下，如浙江的西湖国宾馆！

酒店环境不错，就是服务太慢，第一次房间没查房，第二个终于好了，结果淋浴间下水坏了。半天没人搭理我们，亲自去服务台换房间。还好最后免费升级为行政套房
