离海边比较近，散步方便，环境不错，老国营宾馆，设施偏旧，但卫生还比较好，非常不错，下次到青岛还会选择入住。

先说优点：酒店的位置很好，地势很高，海景房躺在床上就能看到海，景观很好。早餐很实在，馒头，包子，小米粥，炒面很好吃。停车方便，有很大的停车场。缺点，房间里的设施有点老，床头没有插座，洗浴要站在浴缸里，空间有点小。总体来说，这个酒店是非常好，非常合适住。
