是中科院的干休所，设备比较老旧，离54广场，奥帆中心，5分钟车程，闹中取静，有较大的停车场，周边有几家比较好吃的餐厅，但早餐一般，综合一下，本人觉得性价比较高。

酒店位置离五四广场、奥帆中心5分钟车程，闹中取静，位置不错，酒店有较大的停车场，是中科院的疗养院，设备有些老了，尤其是洗澡间，不过价位合适，本人觉得性价比较高。周边有几家网评较高的餐厅，一捞鲜面、旮瘩汤等都不错。
