酒店设施很新，就是早上想睡久些都不行，窗户不是隔音窗，很吵！希望酒店立马更换成隔音窗。

挺干净。附近吃的也蛮多，离温泉开车五分钟内吧。就是前台太死板，我们说要换房的话还要加钱还要找老板娘什么的，一般我们住其他酒店，只要房间是有空余的，酒店一般都会满足客人安排调换的。这家却不是。态度不好。

提前十几天在携程订了4间房间，要求安排同一楼层。入住当天，首先是前台说查不到我的订单，后经再次查核找到了，然后安排了2个房间在五楼，两个在六楼（酒店每层有二、三十个房间），那也算了不难为前台，结果两个房间都分别在不同的角落，并不在一起，对于我们这种家庭游，有老有幼的很不方便，最离谱是明明旁边的房间是没人入住的都不安排在一起，跟前台沟通说要加30元才可以换，对此超级不满意！
