离银盏温泉近，环境新！退房时，见其他住客与前台理论床单弄脏了，要赔30，前台说扣钱理由是：睡归睡，应该保持酒店原样，不能弄脏！……很无语……每个住客走了，不都是需要换洗床单吗？难道不换？难道那污迹洗不掉？住客，酒店都是不认识的，站中立来说，酒店有点过了！如果住客弄烂床单了，赔能理解！仅退房时看到的一幕！

一打开门，有个活蟑螂迎接，厕所窗和门不能锁，忐忑一晚上，基本不敢睡觉，前台态度差，唯一晚上给了蚊香，欣慰点……

艺龙的售后不错，价格合理。但是对于酒店我真的无语了！！办个入住手续，我已经在网上付钱了，前台说没有记录，要我交房费，我告诉前台小姐我已经在网上付款了，也给她看了我收到的艺龙发来的信息（信息上说只要报我的名字和身份证就可以了），前台小姐打了电话给老板说没有记录。我说：“那需要提供什么凭证？我可以把网上的订单查出来给你看。”前台小姐说：“给什么我看都没用。我只认我们老板的，老板说没有就没有。”同行的朋友提醒了我，于是打了艺龙的客服电话，客服找第三方沟通也电话联系酒店沟通，差不多40分钟，终于我的入住手续办好了。。谢谢艺龙的客服，对酒店真的很无语！！！
