不是第一次住寓米公寓了～性价比还是不错的，而且非常人性化！因为过来参加朋友婚宴，约定好2点退房结果婚宴开席晚了，导致三点才退房，老板也非常友善的同意了，这个必须给五星好评！有冰箱，空调，热水壶，风筒，拖鞋，衣架，洗漱用品也齐全，热水也够热。一房一厅一卫一厨房一阳台，不过没有厨房用具。房间家私都挺新正的，就是清远这两天太冷了，8度，晚上睡的不踏实，总是冷冷的，我觉得可以准备多一张被子。而且房间离楼盘大门很远，走路要二十几分钟，不过是开车的话影响不大。就是厕所的百叶窗坏了，拉不下来，希望尽快修好。卫生方面我也不会太挑剔，两百块的房间，过得去就行了吧～～

没有酒店服务，就跟租房子一样，在小区里面的，房子可以，装修还行，卫生一般，厕所有味道，房间床铺也有味，孩子光脚踩在地板，袜子是黑的。热水不行，一个大人洗完澡之后，孩子就没热水用了。这天气凉，不能用冷水洗澡呢，所以孩子没洗澡。480一晚，价格不便宜，却没有酒店服务
