服务态度非常差。比周围的价格要高出一倍。而且我在艺龙下单订房，工作人员就很不爽，我已经收到下单成功短信，让工作人员给我拿房，看都不看短信非的说需要等半个小时。我让帮我查下也不理，让我们干等。我等了几分钟说我在艺龙订单提示订房成功，然后才不情愿的给我拿房。对于艺龙非常失望，对于酒店服务态度不满。
