非常非常之差，艺龙既然还排在5星/高档酒店之列，房间陈旧，有味道，被套床单很脏的感觉，6/7楼还有会所，人员复杂，停车非常不方便，差点被撞到，连如家/锦江之星/汉庭都不如，投诉艺龙，艺龙无任何作为，一直强调这酒店属于高档，不知是何原因？原来都很相信艺龙，径这次用户体验非常差，请大家小心

优点：位置很好，市中心商业区。装修不错，干净卫生，房间够大。
缺点：床不平，棕垫应该用很久了，凹凸不平，上面也没垫其它东西。洗澡的地方没有防滑垫，不安全。早餐基本没有西式的点心。
