冬季路过秦皇岛，开始计划在旺季的旅游区居住，后来发展冬季人少冷清，选择这里酒店。不在通常的北戴河南戴河景区，也不在海港区中心，非常清净，距离海边也很近，第一次体验了冬季的大海风光。
酒店很干净，整洁，房间很大设施新，适合家庭住宿。停车场规则，适合开车来这里，很安全。临行前酒店上台服务员赠送了加热的矿泉水，很温暖。
