我们一家人带宝宝入住，前台人员很热情，送上了冰凉的酸梅汤，大厅很有氛围，摆满了书籍，酒店只有一张婴儿床，下午恰好赶上人家退房，然后送到我们房间。房间很大很干净，边边角角都非常干净，远远的可以看到海。酒店里海边非常近，夜晚海边人也很多，很热闹，位于海港区，开车去哪里都很近很方便，酒店有免费的水果夜宵提供，服务非常贴心，非常非常好的入住体验，下次带宝宝去海边依然会选择这家酒店。

看我们带着孩子，前台小姐姐直接给免费升级了海景家庭房，态度特别好，大厅可以看书，还有孩子玩的地方，娃住的很开心，离海近，去玩方便，卫生也很好，就是早餐48一位实在不值，没什么吃的，也不好吃，其他都好

酒店总体环境服务还不错，比较人性化，包括卫生间贴心地准备了酒精消毒湿巾，对待小孩子也很照顾。管理方面与四星五星级酒店还有差别。卫生还不错，位置与香格里拉隔一条马路，楼层高一些就可以看见大海。
