综合起来讲，一般，性价比不高。br周边环境一流，可以用绿色环绕形容，树很多，还可以看到松鼠在树间觅食。br我住的是迎宾楼园景标间（特别提醒，那边潮湿，不建议在负半层或1层楼的房间），房间不大，地板磨损严重，床靠背的颜色适合老年人，最后压轴的讲下卫生间，味很大，这味让人恶心，连刷牙洗脸我都不想进去。环境再好，那只是锦上添花，没有搞清楚什么是核心竞争力，必然会丢掉客户。

牙刷直接放盒里，裸的，没塑料包装！瓷砖地面，沾水很滑，小孩摔倒几次，大人多次要滑倒，要千般小心！室内所有插头夜间手机充不上电。没瓶装水。

我们住的北苑1-2号楼，是很普通的标准间，如招待所，房门比较旧，前台不错给安排的3楼，因为1楼会潮湿，看的评价得知！有个阳台，是没有外包的，整个露出来！这个宾馆比较避静，感觉如花园中的小区，有高大上的独立别墅房，价格就贵了，离刘庄较远，离鸽子公园近些，宾馆的东面有个沙滩，游玩不要钱
