酒店位置极佳，交通便利，闹中取静，适合休息。但服务很一般，卫生不好，头天没发现，第二天白天找眼镜翻开被子才发现极脏。真让人无语。下次我是不住了。

酒店位置极其优越，出门就是山海关城墙！由若干棟2层的房子组成，幽静干净整洁！老板人特别好！非常值得去山海关旅游入住，价格适中！酒店卫生条件极好！房间也是很大！玩的特别好！值得推荐！下次去肯定还是这了！！！

开始不想让我们住，反复说可以出去住，三个房间还给开了一个没有空调、风扇，甚至连门锁都没有的房间，反复协调后才换了个房间！

酒店是在古城里面，晚上有些慎人，房间卫生很差床单和枕套都很脏，早餐也很简单，服务也不好没有人打扫。明明我是按订单18号入住20日退房的，酒店却反馈携程说我是19日退房的。这种酒店一看就是那种私人家庭旅馆，服务设施太不规范了。

宾馆座落在鼓楼旁边的，进士坊侧，非常易找，到第一关景点走几钟就行。酒店环境不错，隔音也不差，很安静。

原先不知道怎么运营的，现在是家庭宾馆管理。有停车位，不多，但是有院子。早餐很简单，馒头稀饭咸菜。家庭套房就是三人间，价格贵。唯一的优点就是距离第一关比较近，在老城里面。不如在城外住的舒服。很一般的家庭宾馆。
