酒店位置就在古城中心。酒店建筑古色古香，房间内家具也别具特色。房间很宽敞。酒店管理混乱，结账的时候，说开发票要等30分钟，我们要赶路，就没有要发票。过后酒店和携程说我们没有入住，我们也没有发票。好在有照片为证。后来携程才为我们平反。不然就要算我们“NOSHOW”。早餐就是馒头、稀饭、咸菜和煮鸡蛋。很有边关清苦生活的特色。淋浴设施一塌糊涂。这个酒店像是农民承包的。

位于古城中心，就在钟楼旁边，去天下第一关几分钟就走到了，酒店比较老，设施一般，总体不错！

在山海关古城钟鼓楼旁，停车相对比较方便，玩古城方便，去海边较远。早饭一人一个鸡蛋，馒头和粥随便吃，咸菜有点咸。

这是我在携程第一次给酒店差评，因为这家酒店是我们住过的最差的酒店，没有之一！卫生极差，窗台、桌面、茶几、地面，所见之处到处是厚厚的灰尘，毛巾比抹布还脏！门锁是坏的，纱窗是坏的，修过之后还是坏的，每天回房间第一件事就是打蚊子！连续两天停水，连续两天没有打扫客房卫生！相比880元/晚的房价，这间酒店一无是处！强烈建议携程取消跟这家酒店的合作，以免影响携程的声誉！
