最差的住宿体验。中秋前的出行计划，13号下半夜到的酒店，整个大堂黑漆漆的，只有一个服务员在前台，到房间洗澡发现房间没有沐浴液。第二天早晨实在起不来下楼点了外卖，酒店前台说外卖员不能上去，工作人员也不能帮忙送上来，我说让客房德人取一下和沐浴液一起带过来不行吗，前台依然表示不可以。。我试问酒店的工作人员是怎么培训的？都是死脑筋吗？极差的住宿体验，根本没有感受到该有的待遇。差评
