性价比真心太差了、出乎意料的差。毛巾特别脏特别味儿而且空调还是坏的、打前台电话打了8遍才有人接听，而且床单被褥也是脏的。花钱住的就是环境、这种脏乱差的环境跟价位真是难成正比。更恶心的是前台工作人员居然现场改价。良心发言：大家最好慎重选择。

七岁的小孩要单独收早餐费。觉得有点不符合这个旅游城市的服务理念！个人觉得不值，上周来住1430一晚，这周一查才808一晚。感觉水分有些太大！！于是本周果断不再选择这家了。

入住时办理手续的员工祁琦态度非常好，业务能力强。自助餐厅一塌糊涂。品种少，食材不新鲜。退房时三台电脑二台有故障。做为一个五星酒店着实让人失望
