酒店卫生做得挺好，电梯提供有纸巾，服务员都很热情，酒店停车场很大，停车很方便，可惜早餐要是能再丰富点就好了，还有早餐时间能延长到10.30也好啊，周末不少睡懒觉的，我见很多人10点收餐后才来的

第一次入住，非常满意！硬件，服务都是五星标准。房间大，卫生好，床非常舒服，卧具质量好，无异味。洗浴设施品质很好！前台各位服务员，微笑，专业服务。销售部陈经理非常耐心的解答问题。惊喜的是，这家的中餐厅餐具服务很棒，菜炒级好吃！餐厅钟经理耐心周到的解释菜品。还会来，争取做VIP。

我们是一家三口自驾到这里的 ，来回都选择这家酒店的原因是前台的工作人员很友善。酒店位置我觉得很好，交通便利，高楼层。房间特别整洁干净，晚上睡觉好安静，睡得很舒服。前台工作人员每一位态度都很好，因为疫情，没有买到口罩，当时咨询有没有口罩可以赠送三个，居然也给了，虽说是小事，但是很感动。以后有机会到钦州，肯定义无反顾选择这家酒店入住。

赶路去三亚路上，对比很多酒店，最后决定住这里，21号晚上11点到酒点，酒店环境不错，服务人员态度很好，早餐也很丰富，综合性价比超高。

酒店性价比很高，所有设施配置均超4星标准，干净大气高档，住起来非常舒适，水又大又热！但新装修，有异味，窗户却不能打开，枕头睡起来不是很舒服。
