酒店硬件非常好，高大上的感觉，很棒。旁边就是白石湖，离吾悦广场也很近，走过去就行，还算方便。软件服务稍有不足，举个例子，坐车到酒店，门口站着三个服务生在那里聊天，既没有人来开车门，也没人帮着拿行李，连招呼都不打。难道他们的工作就是聊天吗？

酒店大楼作为最高地标建筑非常明显，大堂在大楼背面，傍晚能从路口的停车场驶入。酒店富丽堂皇，房间干净，湖景房能一览风景无遗。值得推荐入住。但第一天的欢迎水果没有享受到。

上午就入住了酒店，大堂宽敞明亮，礼宾和接待员都热情可爱，房间干净舒适，房间配的咖啡和立顿红茶茉莉花茶都好喝，酒店配置齐全，早餐丰盛好吃，美中不足是白天休息时隔壁房间可能在维修有点吵。总体而言非常满意，下次去钦州首选这个酒店，必须强烈推荐！！！
