挂牌5星，完全不符合标准，确实不太清楚会到5星标准？前台人员态度极不专业，你不挂五星就是了，挂了没标准有何意义？是说5星评分这么差，设施相当陈旧，来了才知道，我定的房间都确认了，还给我说房间紧张能不能给个小窗户的，可能小地方不太注意，5星也没意思，从来的好评，第一次评价给予差评！你
