服务提升空间还是挺大的，前台退房时，我递给她卡并且说你好，她在忙她的也不抬头看我下，等她忙完才理我，并没有您好请稍等一下。租的车停在地下库，要停车券必须要车牌号，租的车谁记得车牌号啊，要我自己下楼去看下车牌号才行，无任何变通。自己给自己评的五星吗
