饭店很大，其他服务都很到位，就是去办理的时候前台有个实习生令人不是很爽。由于是一家人入住，订的套房有3张床，睡4个人没问题，里面也是都是4人拖鞋4人洗漱用品，但是给身份证的时候实习生就说你只住一间啊？后来又说这个只有一份早餐，我记不得了就随口一问不是双早吗？人家就开始哔哩吧啦说什么我们酒店接散客套房都是四百多的，你在网上预订才288，什么什么的。那请问，288是我砍的价吗？是不是你酒店自己订的？你自己都能卖这个价别人买了就不要又觉得便宜。前台态度最不爽，后来入住有小哥帮拿行李，晚上还送了水果。整体感觉是蛮好的但是就因为前台接应不好觉得整个酒店都不好了。办理入住刷了600，然后退房又刷了318（自己加了个早餐30元），现在600都没有看到退回来的迹象，要找银行了。
