酒店硬件在钦州算上等，服务水平和业务水平差到极点，酒店管理人员毫无酒店，服务意识。前台服务业务水平真的不敢苟同，开房退房都出现很大的错误，还让顾客来承担他们的错误。特别是管理人员出现问题不主动积极去帮顾客去处理。
