  里面有丰富的娱乐设施，小朋友活动也很多，关键是人少风景好，早餐品种多，够新鲜，每个服务人员都很热情，印象深刻的一个服务员叫符孝呤，服务态度很好。

  元旦出行天气也很给面子，风和日丽，酒店周围环境很不错，管家Vicky服务周到，入住前在住中离店后有什么需要都可以找她，有管家非常省心[胜利]希望酒店浴袍可以整个冬款，目前是夏款，天气凉了泡温泉浴巾浴袍要披两件不方便！ 这个酒店阳台很加分，另外可以付费加床，床垫也很舒服，适合家里有大龄小朋友!

  咱就是説，这酒店真的绝绝子??！位置超优越，去各个景点都很方便，节省了不少时间和精力??。房间视野超好。床品乾净又舒适，睡起来超舒服。酒店的衞生也做得相当到位，每个角落都打扫得乾乾净净。工作人员态度亲切，有求必应。这次入住体验太棒啦，以后来这还会选它，必须狠狠好评??！

  对于官塘假日度假酒店的认识还是来自于曾经住过朋友的推荐。説温泉很好，亲子活动很丰富，酒店服务人员很热情。这次到琼海特地选择这家体验。感觉真是不错，前台吕小姐也是非常热情。最舒服的还是温泉后的浑身舒坦。

  必须先説服务，我的管家美女，非常的棒，我一个人带孩子收拾东西很麻烦，不仅帮我延迟了退房，我车坏了还一直帮我照顾孩子，酒店的工作人员帮忙连电修车。真的是无微不至的服务。强烈推荐官塘温泉酒店，亲子活动丰富，房间舒适宽敞，一定经常带孩子来。
