  选择金海岸酒店果然没有出错，地理位置优越离博鳌镇很近的，环境优美舒适可以看到万泉河景色，酒店的游泳池也很大，我很喜欢??非常感谢酒店管家 Shylie 提前联系给我们发送到酒店路线位置，办理入住时的热情指引，服务特别好还帮忙拿行李送回房间，安排的房间我们也很满意，还是要特别感谢一下管家 Shylie 小姐姐，热情周到的服务，感谢住店期间有她的细心周到服务，有什么需求管家都及时回覆解决问题效率高，下次再到博鳌旅游还来这家

  感谢金海岸大酒店带来的完美入住体验！从预订到入住整个过程都非常顺利，特别要感谢Amy的热情帮助——她专业细致的服务让初到酒店的我们瞬间感受到宾至如归的温暖。 我们入住了海景房，房间视野太棒了！早晨拉开窗帘就是蔚蓝海景，傍晚还能看到夕阳洒在海面上，真正实现了“面朝大海”的放松感。房间整洁舒适，设施齐全，隔音效果也很好。

  一路走海南旅游公路来到博鳌，没打算住这个酒店，导航不知道怎么就导到这里了，不想走了，就在携程上订了一晚。环境不错，衞生也挺好，还给我们升级了房间。但要説一下的是，酒店的床和床品住着不舒服，是这次自驾住了这么多酒店唯一一个让我们不满意床及床品的酒店。希望未来能有所改善。

  本以为博鳌只是个靠海的小地方，住进来才懂，这哪是酒店，分明是把琼海渔家的热乎心肠搬进了高楼里。 带着娃刚到门口，门岗阿叔就笑着递来冰镇的椰子水，説“小阿哥小阿妹先解解暑”；前台的阿姐见孩子怕生，变戏法似的掏出一包海南椰子糖，哄得娃瞬间乐开了花。房间里提前备好的小童拖鞋、浴盆和绘本，比我们自己想的还周到。 每天清晨，餐厅都会给娃现蒸海南斑斓糕，还特意摆成小花朵的模样；傍晚在海边草坪，酒店的阿婆带着孩子们捡贝壳、教他们用椰叶编小螃蟹，晚风里全是笑声。 在这个慢节奏的海边小城，没有大城市酒店的疏离感，只有渔家阿叔阿婆式的贴心。他们把客人当远房亲戚疼，把孩子当自家娃宠，让我们在博鳌的日子，住出了走亲戚的踏实与温暖。
