酒店环境好，早餐丰富，服务一流！尤其令我感动的是：当我退房准备离开时，安保部的王余锋先生告诉我：我的车后胎没气了。这是他值班巡查时发现的，接着安保部叶海山先生热情地帮我联系酒店车队的工作人员，几分钟内，车队叶华清先生及时赶到，很快就帮我换上了备用胎。非常感谢这三位先生！你们的优质服务真让我感动！

酒店在博鳌镇的小岛上，非常安静，环境很好。泳池很大，靠着海边，还有有小孩玩的设施，适合带家庭出游。入住一晚时间短了点，有机会再来多住几天。一楼房间会比较潮，也比较旧一些，房间没有高楼层的好。酒店服务人员素质很高，在此十分感谢大堂经理林学圆给我们安排舒适的房间，重视顾客的感受，非常棒的一次入住体验。

环境实在是太好了！前面是高尔夫俱乐部！中国远洋旗下物业、特别感触我的车子亏电、打不了火、前台吴经理马上联系汽车队送来接电装置、车队师傅也是一级棒！

订的是酒店园景房，房间很大，是隔断式，装修的非常好！对面还有高尔夫球场，淡水泳池就面对着大海，环境很好。还赠送免费两个小时自行车，很划算。酒店前台入住和退房都很方便，效率很高，工作人员非常热情。大年三十，酒店大堂经理林学圆不嫌老人麻烦，耐心给我们提供了很大的帮助，非常感动。博鳌小镇最好的酒店，绝对值得推荐??
