酒店前台接待那个手势，连一句话都不带和客人讲，入住这样，退房也是一样的，难道是接待多了领导官员，对老百姓熟视无睹了

酒店在博鳌永久会址，住店免门票。酒店设施很好，周边景色不错，在万泉河和玉带滩边上。房间很大，还有个大阳台，有露天泳池，温泉和儿童娱乐池。早餐一般。房间有点霉味，离镇上有段距离，周边没吃的，酒店吃的贵且味道一般

酒店基础设施简陋，房间霉味很重。携程上订的是大床房到到店后说是标间。前台态度极其差，不负责。最后协商是把床拼起来。结果在房间等了一个多小时都没有人来解决拼床的事，打服务电话无人接听！
